Words First, Always

Music lyricism, imagined and written about difficult subjects and the current times we find ourselves in. A life lived helps with material — experience feeds every line.

The lyrics come first, shaped and reshaped until they say exactly what needs saying. Then comes the collaboration — working with Clio, who brings musical and vocal expertise, and using AI to develop the final production of soundtrack and music video.

The result is something honest, crafted, and brought to life through thousands of iterations until the sound matches the intent.

See My Obsession

This song comes from a place that's difficult to name but impossible to ignore — the quiet, internal battle between control and surrender, identity and reflection. It speaks to the moments where the mirror becomes an adversary, where thoughts grow louder than truth, and where silence carries more weight than words ever could.

Rather than defining the struggle, this song gives you a glimpse into this world of struggles. It explores the fragile space between perception and reality, where self-worth can fracture and rebuild in the same breath. There's no attempt here to simplify or resolve — only to acknowledge, honestly and without judgement, what so many endure behind closed doors.

At its core, this is a human story. One of conflict, vulnerability, and the search for something steady in the chaos. If it resonates, even quietly, then it has done what it was meant to do. Please see the pain and struggle.

Why

WHY is a visceral exploration of the cycle of human conflict, political manipulation, and the looming shadow of global catastrophe. Moving from the halls of power to the front lines of war, the song asks the one question we often avoid: Why do we keep choosing destruction over growth as a species?

This visual experience takes you through the heart of the suffering — from the hollow promises of ideologies to the terrifying reality of nuclear brinkmanship. It is a call for clarity, a rejection of complicity, and a plea for a future where we finally learn to live as one.

Fentanyl's Curse

The curse of Fentanyl is a weight no parent should have to carry. This track is a tribute to so many beautiful lives lost and the families left behind in the wreckage.

Listen, share with your kids and friends — help stop the carnage. Better to have the talk.

Thunder Lullaby

Thunder Lullaby was born from reflection — a look back at the crazy yet beautiful chaos of youth and the transformations that can follow. The song captures that wild, electric period of life where friendships feel unbreakable, nights feel endless, and consequences feel distant. It's about the intensity of being young — the bonds we form, the risks we take, and the subtle line between freedom and self-destruction.

But the heart of the song lies in what comes after. As life unfolds, those early choices begin to shape us. The noise fades. Perspective grows. The reckless energy that once defined everything slowly gives way to clarity, responsibility, and deeper meaning. Thunder Lullaby traces that journey — from untamed youth to emotional grounding, where love evolves into something profoundly different and amazing.

At its core, the song is about the life-changing shift that comes with becoming a parent — where love has no boundary and everything seems possible. Nothing prepares you for that moment: the overwhelming responsibility, the protective instinct, and the depth of love that eclipses everything you thought you understood about connection. It's a love that is fierce, humbling, and transformative. A love that redefines purpose of life.

Thunder Lullaby is ultimately a story of growth — of moving from noise to meaning, from chaos to stability, from self to something greater. It's about building a life not just filled with passion, but with wonder, love, and security of family.

I'll Find A Way

This song was created from the everyday struggles we all have and our persistence and tenacity as we resist and overcome them every single day. Life is all ups and downs and sometimes it feels like more down. This is that push through.

Hold On Tight

I wrote "Hold On Tight" to shine a light on the struggles that often stay behind closed doors — the battles with the bottle and the hurt and pain it causes to partners, wives, and of course the addict themselves.

While the lyrics don't shy away from the darkness of abuse and regret, the heart of the track is hope. It's a tribute to the love that refuses to give up and the kindness and resilience that eventually breaks the cycle.

Beautiful

I wrote this song from a place of both immense love and a tearful growing fear. As a worried father, watching our young children grow from sweet, fun children into beautiful young adolescents has been a joy, but it has also brought a chilling realisation. I see so many kids today becoming captivated by their own reflection, drifting into a world where beauty is the only currency and self-centredness becomes the shield. Both selfish and cruel — my worry is this will get worse with time as transactional love becomes the normal.

This song is my warning to today's young. It's a look into a possible future where the climb to the top of the social mountain leaves you standing alone in the cold without real friends or true love to see you through life. It's a reminder that no amount of gold, fame, or beauty can replace the warmth of a heart that knows how to love and be loved.

I hope some hear this before the mirror becomes their only friend — in a world where true love and friendship matter.
